Susan Archer


I am a BACP senior accredited counsellor and UKRCP registered with over 20 years’   experience.

Originally, I trained as a psychodynamic counsellor at Croydon College and then at Croydon Pastoral Foundation. I broadened my approach through further training and experience in private practice, as well as agency environments including Wimbledon Guild and the Aston Clinic, New Malden.

I have tutored counselling skills courses for the Wimbledon Guild and taught RSA counselling courses at Richmond Adult College and at Kingston College of Further Education.

I am on the approved counsellor list of a major health insurance provider and also have experience of working for local authorities and commercial companies, providing therapy under their EAP (employee assistance programme) schemes.

I am currently working for a charity offering counselling for cancer patients and their families.

Louise Rawlins


I have an MSc in Psychosexual Therapy, am an accredited counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, a UKCP Registered Independent Counsellor and a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

I have worked extensively with couples and individuals focusing on relationship issues, sexual difficulties, low self esteem, loss, bereavement and surviving childhood sexual abuse.

I joined Relate in 1991 and I obtained the Relate Certificate in Marital Couple Counselling in 1997.

In 2006 I was awarded a Post-Qualifying Certificate in Psychodynamic Marital & Couple therapy by the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships
